Welcome to Aisho (“Aisho”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a social dating and gaming application operated through aisho.live.

If you allow location permission, we collect your approximate location to show nearby matches. You can disable location anytime from your device settings.
Aisho currently does not provide voice calling, video calling, or audio recording. We do not record conversations or collect voice/video content.
Your profile may be visible to users according to your profile preferences and matching settings. Visible information may include your first name, age, bio, interests, and profile photos. Your phone number and email are never publicly visible.
Chats are private between matched users. We do not sell chat content. However, chats may be reviewed if required to investigate abuse, harassment, fraud, or legal complaints.
Aisho offers multiplayer games and compatibility matching. Your personality answers are used only to improve match recommendations.
If you purchase coins, subscriptions, or recharge your wallet:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with payment providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, and government authorities if legally required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption during data transmission, secure authentication, protected cloud servers, and administrator access controls.
We keep your data while your account remains active. If you delete your account, your profile becomes inaccessible and personal information is deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
You can edit your profile, update photos and interests, delete your account, request a copy of your personal information, and request deletion of your personal information.
Aisho is only for users 18 years or older. Accounts found belonging to minors may be permanently removed.
Our website and app may use cookies and analytics to improve performance and user experience.

Welcome to Aisho. By using Aisho, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old, use your own identity, and provide accurate information. Fake or misleading accounts may be suspended.
You are responsible for your account. Do not share OTPs or passwords, create multiple fake accounts, or impersonate another person.
Users must not harass or threaten others; share hate speech, explicit sexual content, illegal content, or another person’s private information; scam users; or ask for money fraudulently. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
Aisho provides compatibility-based recommendations. Aisho does not guarantee relationship success, marriage, friendship, or compatibility accuracy.
Chats are private. You agree not to send abusive messages, spam, malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
Games are for entertainment only. Manipulating games, cheating, using bots, or exploiting bugs may result in account suspension.
Users may purchase coins and recharge wallet balances. Wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users unless officially supported. Promotional coins may expire.
Premium subscriptions unlock premium features. Subscriptions automatically follow the rules of the app store or payment provider used.
Refunds are subject to Google Play Policy, Apple App Store Policy, and applicable Indian consumer laws. Consumed digital purchases may not be refundable unless required by law.
You retain ownership of your photos and profile content. You grant Aisho permission to display your content within the app for operating the service.
The Aisho name, logo, branding, design, games, software, and platform remain the intellectual property of Aisho and its founders. Copying or distributing the platform without permission is prohibited.
Aisho may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fake identity, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or repeated policy violations.
Aisho is a platform connecting users. Users are responsible for their own conversations, meetings, and interactions.
Your use of Aisho is governed by the Aisho Privacy Policy above.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved according to applicable Indian law.
